The community is great. The property has a great sense of community. It is a nice place to live. Residents consider Jeff the best manager they have had. Jeff is kind, patient, and respectful of residents. Jeff communicates information in a timely, precise manner and keeps residents updated. Jeff is very organized and the property is well managed. Jeff has a delightful sense of humor and an upbeat personality that makes residents comfortable in the community. The staff are amazing, efficient, helpful, and friendly. The apartments are beautiful, with patios, many amenities and activities, and are close to shopping. The building is well kept and clean.
Snow plowing of the parking lot is terrible. There are filthy, smelly trash cans that are never cleaned. Washers and dryers are seldom cleaned. Lint filters on dryers are filthy. The so-called "fitness room" consists of a broken treadmill, a stationary bike that keeps expanding, 2 garage sale machines and a weight bench. The halls are completely institutional. No decorations are allowed anymore on the shelves by the elevators. The entire place is now cold and uninviting. There are literally no activities.
