The staff are very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and courteous. Overall, Villa Crest is highly recommended. Villa Crest is welcoming and its staff seem to really enjoy their work. The facility is very clean and the staff are very good. The facility appears well staffed, clean, and free of odors, with residents who are clean and well groomed. Staff are warm, welcoming, and helpful even when they are busy. It is the best skilled care nursing facility the reviewer has ever been to; it feels like a giant family. Access is easy and the staff are friendly. Nurses work hard to do the right things for residents. Friendly staff who seem to care about the residents. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The staff are excellent and provide incredible care and support. Rosie and her team in the Special Care Unit are amazing; they treat residents as family.
They described Nurse Rosey in the memory care unit as horrible and noted that management did nothing about it for a year.
