Arrowhead Senior Living is a great place. The Skilled Nursing staff are excellent. The activities lady was energetic and tried to get everyone involved. The Activity Coordinator, Michelle, goes above and beyond talking to each and every resident. The nursing staff has been phenomenal. The entire team at Arrowhead Senior Living has been amazing. The staff are always helpful, pleasant and respectful. The building is beautiful and there are always fun and different activities for the residents. The meals were good and housekeeping kept things in order. The rooms are private.
A resident was left with no attention while three caregivers chatted at the desk. Nurses did not respond to calls, and on several occasions no one showed up. Oxygen administration was not properly maintained, as oxygen was not connected correctly. A shower left the resident's hearing aids wet, and they were not plugged in to recharge.
