The staff are polite and friendly. It is a good company. The facility is efficient with fast check-in, loading, and paperwork. Loading and unloading times are very fast. The site has a scale for weighing on the way out. The staff provides fast, friendly service. It is easy to locate and has plenty of room to maneuver with easy dock access. Drop-offs and pickups are quick, often around 20?30 minutes. The experience is highly professional and customer-friendly. It's widely regarded as one of the best places to load and deliver.
The shipping loader at this facility was very questionable. He did not load the trailer properly. He left a gap between the bins allowing room for the last stack to slide backwards from the door. He stacked them double high at the entrance of the trailer giving us the impression that the trailer was full. The bins were braced in place under this belief. Upon arrival at the receiver, the bin did in fact shift and caused damage to the trailer and seed was spilled onto the floor.
