The staff are extraordinary, the facilities are beautiful, everyone seems really happy, and the food is great. This place is spectacular, with each resident having their own room, immaculate surroundings, plenty of activities, and a homey, respectful atmosphere. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and residents are encouraged to sit outside and enjoy the Derby Wharf area.
The administrator was described as the most unprofessional person the reviewer had ever met. The administrator did not want to talk to the visitor and made the visitor uncomfortable speaking with her on Sunday. The reviewer would not put their mom there because of the administrator's conduct.
