The facility is clean, well-equipped, and staffed with caring professionals who genuinely prioritize residents' well-being. Shawnee Parc is clean, bright, and has a vibrant, energetic feel. Joanne was responsive and went above and beyond to coordinate and expedite the grandma's move, staying in contact throughout. The nursing and care staff at Shawnee Parc were compassionate and attentive, giving the family peace of mind. David, the PM shift nurse, cared for the grandma and supported the family. Shawnee Parc is highly recommended to others based on positive experiences. The staff were very good and attentive during inpatient stays, and the food was better than expected. My dad has been there for months and seems happy and cared for. The staff are amazing, welcoming, and friendly, and there to help with anything you need. The facility is extremely nice and full of amenities.

The facility failed to inform the family about a daily copay, and the copay jumped to over $200 per day after a few days.
