The staff did everything possible to keep mom comfortable and rebuild her strength. Very few problems were experienced, thanks to the helpful nurses, CNAs, activities director, and kitchen staff. The facility provided assistance with transition to home care and offered excellent care despite not being a luxurious facility. The staff at Bethany Village Assisted Living was friendly and nice during the tour. The memory care area in one of the facilities was clean and bright, leaving a positive impression.
The cleanliness of the facility could use some improvements. The appearance of the community could had looked better. It was not the community for them. Decor colors are bland in the facility. Based on their situation, Bethany Village Assisted Living would not have worked out for them.When faced with the difficult decision of placing a loved one in a nursing home or skilled nursing facility, it is natural to feel apprehensive. After all, there are countless stories circulating about the negative aspects of such establishments.
