The company stated they would do some light housekeeping and the caregivers didn't provide this. Communication is good between the staff and our family and they keep us well informed and updated. They've been very attentive and I've been able to count on them to be there when they said they would be. Everyone that they've sent has been very nice and very helpful. It's been a difficult time and I don't know what I would do if we didn't have these caregivers. My mother is doing well since she started to receive services from this home care agency. It has been a good experience working with this home care agency, they have followed through with everything they promised us. The caregiver that comes out to the house is a Certified Nursing Assistant and she is an angel. They are always on time and are very attentive to his needs. They went above and beyond my expectations, we so appreciated the top rated care they gave my mom at this very sad time. So far they have been very helpful, and very accommodating. My mom who lives in a memory care facility has really benefited by the care of a Com Forcare worker taking her out occasionally
