The staff at Park View Estates are outstanding, warm, welcoming, and attentive to every client. Luciano puts visitors at ease and never rushes the process. Park View Estates is a beautiful, well-maintained community with friendly, caring staff and residents. The Executive Director and the team respond quickly to concerns and questions. The activities program is engaging and varied, with residents genuinely enjoying themselves. The food at Park View Estates is exceptional and well-prepared. Families feel that their loved ones are safe, well cared for, and respected. The facility offers bright, spacious rooms and a modern, clean environment. Staff know residents personally and make them feel special, contributing to a caring atmosphere. The community provides a sense of peace to families and pride among the staff in delivering stellar care.
The management has changed three times already, and the director doesn't listen to the employees. The staff don't care about the employees, and the management staff doesn't give a damn about them. The residents' rooms smell wicked badly, and caregivers don't change the residents at night. There is no nurse in charge at night, and she hardly answers the phone when the employees try to contact them. The Med Tech named Hoa Cao is very incompetent because she keeps giving the residents the wrong medication. They let the vital medication completely run out 4 times in about 8 weeks. Do NOT send a loved one here if they need help with medication.
