Jacob from the maintenance team is very friendly, nice, and professional. Daisy in the office is consistently friendly, helpful, and makes residents feel heard and understood. The office staff is the best. The clubhouse, gym, and park are very nice, and the landscaping is well kept. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. There is lots of walking space throughout the complex and perks of being near the open desert, including wildlife. The zen garden often has fresh limes to pick.
