The staff is very nice, and the owners Tara and her husband were a pleasure to work with. The kitchen is clean and they were making very tasty Christmas treats. The residents and their families seemed very happy to be there. The home and its staff seemed lovely, and the reviewer would love to return. The owners take great care of the residents and involve them in activities they enjoy. This is a beautiful group home with caring leadership. A family member was well cared for at the home. Rose and Ted are kind, considerate, and invested in their residents. They take the time to get to know the residents, their preferences, and what each person needs.
The home sold in June, 2022; it is not owned by Rose Onteberos anymore. It is not nurse owned. The original staff is almost all gone. This home is nothing like it used to be - it began changing during the transition to the new owners. The family orientation used to be great, but that has changed now that the special attention Rose gave is gone.
