The staff and care were friendly and great. The staff on duty in the halls and at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Caitlyn, Jesse, Jolene and all the CNAs, nurses and even the cleaning lady were awesome. This place was so awesome to my dad. You can trust them to give the residents the care and attention that they need. Jolene and Caitlin were very helpful in managing my dad's case. Very friendly staff, welcoming to visitors, daily activities for residents, and meals were tasty. Sydney has been especially kind, prompt, and thorough with my mother. Excellent care by the nursing staff, CNAs, PT, housekeeping and everyone.
The food was awful. The menu was very limited, offering few alternatives. Meals often arrived cold and were not what was requested. Vegetables were cooked beyond recognition. Soda and snacks were not offered to residents who requested them. A resident's room and bathroom were never cleaned during their stay. They kicked out a resident who could not take care of themselves. The staff appeared unprofessional and the facility seemed chronically understaffed.
