The Social Service team here is truly wonderful, and the therapy department has been amazing in supporting residents’ recovery. The activity department goes above and beyond. The administrator is hands down one of the best, and is receptive, supportive, and gets things done. Margaret and Rhonda truly go above and beyond for their patients. The facility is clean and has a pleasant smell, with staff that are friendly and attentive. Under new management, the facility has been a breath of fresh air with improved care. The admissions staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate families.
They described the facility as a joke and said staff were rude and disrespectful to patients and families. They stated that most staff were lazy, uncaring, and motivated by a paycheck rather than patient care.
