The staff are kind and caring. A shower attendant was especially caring and demonstrated dignity. Jennifer Muntz at Royal Park is the real deal and extremely helpful with every need. Jennifer is a smiling, friendly face who is always willing to help. Royal Park Rehab is a great skilled nursing facility with great care and a beautiful campus. The staff are caring, friendly, and go out of their way to make patients feel cared for and special. The physical therapists are on top of it and work well with the care team. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable.
The husband did not receive medications in a timely manner. Outside appointments were not communicated across the department, causing him to miss many PT and OT appointments. He was not awakened for transport on time. He had serious wounds that were not addressed and dressings were not changed.
