Review

When it comes to finding a place that provides exceptional care, choosing the right location is crucial. That's why we decided on CLR for my parents' short-term stay, and we have been thoroughly impressed with their services. Located conveniently close to my parents' home, this facility has exceeded our expectations in terms of quality care and compassionate staff.

From the moment we stepped foot into CLR, it was evident that the staff members were genuinely caring and dedicated to their profession. The nursing staff and LNAs demonstrated unwavering compassion towards their patients, ensuring that each individual felt supported and well-cared for. Their expertise and attentiveness truly made a difference in my parents' overall experience at this facility.

Not only did the nursing staff excel in providing exceptional care, but the Physical Therapy (PT) and Occupational Therapy (OT) departments at CLR also left a lasting impression. Both PT and OT professionals displayed an unparalleled level of skill and dedication towards their patients. The attention they provided was instrumental in promoting physical rehabilitation for my parents and aiding them in regaining their independence.

It is worth noting that communication plays a vital role in any healthcare setting, and CLR certainly excelled in this aspect as well. Throughout my parents' stay, we found that communication between staff members, as well as with us as family members, was efficient and effective. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed promptly, giving us peace of mind knowing that our voices were heard.

Keeping up with cleanliness standards is of utmost importance, especially in healthcare facilities. Upon entering CLR, it was immediately apparent that cleanliness was taken seriously here. The facility maintained a pristine environment throughout all areas, which made us feel reassured about the overall safety measures implemented for patients' well-being.

Overall, our experience at CLR has been nothing short of remarkable. The combination of caring staff members from nursing to LNAs, alongside outstanding PT and OT services, has truly made a positive impact on my parents' well-being. Whether for a short-term or long-term stay, we highly recommend CLR to anyone in need of exceptional care.
