The staff takes excellent care of residents. The nursing staff are top notch, from the LNAs to the Nursing Supervisors; the activities staff is the best around, with plenty of activities for the Veterans. The building is sunny, welcoming, and well maintained with gorgeous grounds and a fishing pond. There is a Veterans Outreach program staffed by the Vietnam Veterans of America. The kitchen facilities are brand new, and the dining area is cheerful. Food service staff go the extra mile to ensure tasty, flavorful, nutritious meals. The chapel is in the building, and state inspections are 100 percent. The staff are exceptional and veterans are well taken care of; residents feel like family.
