Everyone on staff has been wonderful. Pam and Carolyn are praised for going above and beyond to help residents. They are well taken care of and immensely loved and cared for. The facility is nice and clean with nice furniture. CNA staff took great care of residents, and most nursing staff are friendly. Alma Roberson is awesome.
The facility was accused of major neglect and abuse toward residents. The patient was left in a room alone with no attendant or care nurse. The patient wasn't given her medications during the stay. The facility allowed the patient to smoke despite COPD and oxygen needs. The patient wore the same clothes and socks all weekend. The patient arrived back with diarrhea all over her pants and legs. The family feels the care was neglectful and intends to warn others.
