The staff at the facility is very friendly and helpful. Ms.Tammy does a great job with organizing activities for the residents. The entire staff has been proven to be helpful on multiple occasions. Visitors have observed that the residents seem engaged and happy. The facility and staff are highly recommended for those looking for a great place for their loved ones.
The place was nasty and dirty. The toilets were not clean, and the toilet in her room had poo in it. There were no activities for the residents there.
