ADON, DON, BOM, and HR are outstanding - knowledgeable, supportive, and attentive. Housekeeping, aides, and all staff are thorough, respectful, and truly care about the residents. What really stands out is the strong teamwork and positive energy among the staff - it radiates throughout the entire facility. The new marketer and administrator have made a tremendous difference in this facility. In memory care unit staff is attentive. Shonda the social worker is very helpful as is Becca and Sarah. The front desk staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
