The facility has a clean lobby and practices COVID protocols. The staff at the facility are helpful and tend to the needs of residents. The physical therapy department is well-staffed and works hard to encourage improvement. The rooms are kept orderly and clean at the facility. The therapy department at Windsor Quail Valley is exceptional and makes therapy enjoyable for patients. The staff takes good care of residents, ensuring they are clean and comfortable. There are lots of activities for residents at Windsor Quail Valley. The food at the facility is very good and tastes like home-cooked meals.
The floors were not clean and the lobby was not well-maintained. The receptionist moved a patient's chair without speaking to him, dragging his feet. The room condition was unsatisfactory, with unmade beds and trash in the bathroom. Communication from staff to family members was lacking. Staff did not provide adequate care or therapy to a stroke patient. Bedside manners of the staff were aggressive and unpleasant. The facility had a bad smell and inadequate COVID-19 cleaning procedures.When looking for a skilled nursing facility for their 91-year-old mother, one family visited Windsor Quail Valley to make an informed decision.
