They basically killed my mom in 2 and half years. The staff was very rude. Just look at the news. They seem like they have friendly staff but there have been several health problems with their residents over the years that they were responsible for. They like to steal stuff from dying people and refuse to give it back to the family. The administrator is a joke. He is rude, does not seem to know what he is talking about. If you care at all about a loved one, do NOT bring them here. Horrible!! Old and stinky!! I would give it 0 stars. Back in 2011 my Dad was... negligent care, not skilled 24 hour care at all.
