Fair Haven is a wonderful facility filled with polite and caring staff. The staff are very caring and attentive toward residents. Nurses and aides genuinely care for residents as if they were family. The facility has a warm and joyful atmosphere with friendly, empathetic staff. Residents are well groomed, and basic personal care is provided with care. The facility is clean and well maintained. Staff are helpful and communicate in a timely fashion with families. The staff go above and beyond to provide care and to get to know residents.
Fair Haven has changed a great deal and is no longer recommended. The administration does not care about residents or staff. The food quality is horrible. Housekeeping is barely tolerable. They have been reported to the State many times. The nurses and administration mistreat residents, and they allow nurses to scold a STNA to the point of a panic attack; this place is not professional at all.
