The facility is awesome. The facility is very clean, and the staff are pleasant and always willing to help. The staff were kind, courteous, and welcoming. The staff take very good care of the residents and make them feel like family. Bea is a dedicated STNA and loved ones are in good hands. New management is doing an amazing job. Stephanie in admissions has brought great events to the building for staff and residents. The drive-through dinner for senior citizens was a great success. Crestwood is helpful and friendly; Crestwood is an awesome nursing home. It is a great place to live and very friendly. Some STNAs and nurses are amazing, sweet, and caring. The aides and floor nurses give great care. The STNAs are very caring, the nurses work hard to help patients and families, and the facility is kept clean by the housekeepers. Crestwood Care Center is a soothing place, very clean and calm, with residents well cared for. The tour was a very nice experience.
