The nursing and rehab department and all staff have been incredible. Kindred Nursing is outstanding in providing for the elderly. All the staff is excellent at helping my mom. The nurses are good and management always listens and solves problems. The staff at Kindred nursing home took wonderful care of my father. The staff at the nursing home showed amazing compassion and care. Everyone at the facility provided great service and were caring people. The care received at the facility was outstanding, with a recommendation to others. The staff members Sekeithia J. and Susie T. were exceptional, and the facility was clean with great rehab services. The administrator was wonderful and provided great care for their loved one needing therapy again.
The person had a horrible experience at the nursing home and would never want to go back. The facility was not properly cleaned and the patient had to clean certain areas themselves. The staff were not prompt in assisting the patient and they had to wait for long periods of time. The smell in the hallways was unpleasant. The patient had to bring their own TV and other amenities.
