Review

Bainbridge Adult Day Health Care Center and Nursing Home has received mixed reviews from individuals who have had experience with their services. One family member expressed gratitude for the care provided to their Aunt and Uncle at the Adult Day Health Care Center. They described it as a fun and enjoyable place for their loved ones, and they eagerly looked forward to attending four days a week. Unfortunately, the passing of their aunt led them to move their uncle to the Nursing Home upstairs. However, they were appreciative of the support and assistance they received throughout this challenging process.

Another reviewer had a contrasting experience, expressing disappointment with the quality of care provided at Bainbridge. They claimed that it seemed their loved one's condition worsened during their time there. The incident that stood out in particular was when the patient was being moved from their bed to a wheelchair and allegedly fell due to lack of assistance from the nurses. This fall resulted in further injury to their already compromised back. As a result of these concerns, they decided to transfer their loved one shortly after.

On the other hand, another family had a positive experience with Bainbridge Rehab for short-term rehabilitation for their mother. They were highly impressed with both the staff and rehabilitation department, as their mother recovered much faster than anticipated. In addition to effective care, they also appreciated the delicious food served during her stay at Bainbridge Rehab.

In summary, while some reviewers express appreciation for Bainbridge's services including adult day care and rehabilitation programs, others raise concerns about inadequate assistance leading to further injuries or worsening conditions for patients. It is essential for prospective residents or individuals seeking care through Bainbridge Adult Day Health Care Center and Nursing Home to carefully consider these mixed experiences before making any decisions regarding placement or long-term care options.
