Memory Care staff are amazing, with Iliana described as an angel and Donna as a Godsend who treats every person with the respect they deserve. Donna made the transition seamless and engaged residents in activities, bringing smiles and joy. The care managers are caring and personable; the staff feels like family; the director is responsive.
