The staff were extremely helpful, particularly the activities and nursing staff. The facility was very clean, did not smell like urine, and had kind and attentive staff. Staff treated residents well, with administration to housekeeping being friendly and helpful; PT and OT were engaging, and Steve went above and beyond to engage residents.
