A wonderful facility with caring staff and lots of activities and engagement for residents to enjoy! An incredible place full of compassion and professionalism. My grandfather stayed there and he loved it. They helped him tremendously.

A $16 million renovation is meaningless if care is poor and call bells aren't answered; the behind-the-scenes corporation is greedy. They screwed their loved one's insurance up and blamed it on her dementia. The place does not care about families, treats them poorly (pouring cold water on a grandma) and is completely unprofessional. Terrible care with extremely bad food, few activities, little privacy, and staff that are slow and do not care. They were turned down for admission without giving a reason.
