It is a lovely place, clean and well cared for. The staff are warm and professional. The surroundings are vibrant and impeccably maintained. The facilities, especially the beautiful indoor pool and comprehensive wellness area, stand out. Residents have wonderful experiences there, with beautiful rooms and amenities and a kind staff. There is a lot to do and the apartments are really beautiful. The dining is excellent. The staff interact well with residents and truly appear to care for their well-being.
The owner is horrible to the workers. There is disrespect and neglect of the residents. The cost is outrageous and not worth it. There are major structural issues with leaks in all of the apartments and mice on the first floor. The staff on the second-floor nursing unit lets their patients scream out in their rooms without checking in on them at all. The CEO moves residents to Assisted Living right after collecting an $800,000 entrance fee (unless they are VIPs). Unless you are one of his VIPS, do not bother to ask for a thing. The front desk receptionist was rude and too busy flirting with the guys behind the desk. The marketers walked around watering plants and interrupted meetings by walking in without knocking.
