River Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation Center was a pleasant surprise. The staff members were genuinely good people who performed their jobs in a courteous and professional manner. It was by far the best facility the reviewer had experienced. It is one of the best nursing homes in the South, with overall care improved tremendously. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, informative, and supportive, including the administrative staff. The facility has a wonderful atmosphere with friendly, caring people, and the cleanliness was impressive. Northridge Care Center's staff were helpful, friendly, professional, and caring toward the resident, and went over and beyond the call of duty. Our staff here is so compassionate; they love and treat residents like family.
