The staff was very welcoming and assuring that her care would be a top priority. My family and I were very happy that they chose Midway Neurological. The staff was accommodating and courteous, taking time to provide needed details. The care provided to Debra Williams was noted and appreciated. The new administrator is making the difference, and any problem is resolved quickly. The administrator Jim and the assistant administrator Michelle are outstanding and are always available to answer questions. Midway rehab has really been taking good care of residents, making them feel safe and respected. The Activities Department, including patio time, beauty shop, and volunteer work, adds to residents' enjoyment and fulfillment.
