The Business Office Manager, Jerine was very helpful in answering our questions and assisting with paperwork. Their Staff Developer, April was kind and very accommodating. The Administrator, Andy is especially sweet, caring, and genuinely devoted to both the staff and the patients. It's clear that their team cares deeply and it made a difference in my grams comfort and recovery. The facility was clean, organized, and felt safe, which made a big difference during a challenging time. From the nurses to the therapists and activities, everyone we interacted with showed genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. Berkley West provides excellent care delivered by a thoughtful, well-informed and compassionate team of dedicated professionals. They took very good care of my father after he suffered a heart attack and spent 3 weeks there getting physical therapy and rehabilitation and helped him get placed in a lovely assisted living facility when it was time for him to leave.
