Richmond, the social worker, was always available to answer questions and went the extra mile to secure resources and a smooth transition after the SNF. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. The place has a cheerful vibe with friendly staff, and the resident is happy with daily activities to keep them occupied. The televisit went great.
