The staff provided attentive care and daily physical therapy that helped the resident walk again. The stay was pleasant and very helpful given the serious injury. Monica Rani is intelligent, humble, and genuinely caring, consistently going out of her way to fulfill patients' requests. The nursing staff cared for residents with patience and ensured they had everything they needed. The staff provided acceptance, love, and high-level care for loved ones. The facility offers good care and individual attention, with friendly and positive staff.
This is one of the worst care facilities in the state, maybe in the world. They don't have bars on the beds to keep the clients safe. They don't give the proper diets per doctors orders. It's pathetic and illegal, they need to be shut down immediately before someone loses their life. The place was absolutely disgusting, the floors are sticky and smells like poop inside. The nurses and the CNA don’t care; patients are severely neglected. This is the worst place, the nurses are awful and don't care about the patients. 100% Careless, don’t put your family here under any circumstances.This community is best suited for families pursuing short-term rehabilitation where daily physical therapy and a few highly engaged caregivers can drive meaningful progress.
