Unfortunately, our visit coincided with an unfortunate circumstance—the facility was under quarantine due to a scabies outbreak. Although we understood that such health issues can arise in any setting, whether prestigious or modestly maintained, the quarantine left us unable to see the living quarters or interact with residents. Instead, we were restricted to only visiting the administrative office. This limited interaction significantly hampered our ability to gauge the atmosphere of Grace and assess its suitability for our mother.

During our brief stay at the facility's office, we learned about some of their practices and policies which raised several red flags for us. A significant concern was that Grace does not provide televisions for their residents.
