Staff come into work each day, and they laugh with and care for the people there. This says a lot about the leadership they get from both Jessica and Olivia. Jessica provided great advice and insight into the memory care process. The staff is kind, upbeat, and respectful to the residents and family. The staff is very pleasant and very professional. This facility is the cleanest, friendliest, most welcoming environment here in Central Oregon. Ashley Manor - Rimrock appears clean and well organized.
His room was always filthy. His belongings were always missing. They did not keep his bed protector on, which ruined the mattress. The mattress protector is gone, along with many of his belongings. They do not show residents compassion or care. The father-in-law was naked toward the end of his life. The place was horrible. The nurses are horrible.
