She was very happy here. She loved Lumi. Her face would light up whenever Lumi entered the room. The home is clean and well organized. The owner and caregiver love their clients and provide excellent care. They are kind, caring, conscientious and very knowledgeable. The mom is happy there. The home is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The owner/operator and her husband made every effort to know the father as an individual and adapt to his needs. They made a real effort to ease his transition and make him feel at home.
The staff were very rude, kept raising prices, and complained about family visits. The facility would not be recommended, and an attorney had to be involved to get the deposit refunded. They tried cheating the family out of their deposit. The owner was very rude and not helpful.
