Very nice place. Very nice staff. They took care of him as long as they could. Home-cooked meals and attention to family needs. Kim has always been there for any questions or anything for the three years a family member has been at Gateway Gardens.
The staff kept him from his family to keep beds full. They claim he doesn't want to see his family, which is described as a giant lie. He was fed medicine for a condition he never had, with brutal side effects. He had surgery without any family or friends present. The process between the hospital and Gateway Gardens was horrible, confusing, and messy. He was fed no solid foods and received no pain medication, leaving him in pain. He died within 24 hours of arriving at Gateway Gardens.
