Nora Commons would be recommended by residents any day of the week. Leasing agents are wonderful. Ms. Allison is very professional and efficient. Nora Commons is a very nice looking, well-kept community where the people seem very friendly. The apartments are very clean, spacious, and updated. The facility is nicely kept with wonderful staff and management. The community offers plenty of activities.
The staff is never available when you need them. All calls from residents have gone unanswered by the front office. The building smells like sewage and rotten food in some areas. These people don't care about the older population; they just care about the money. There are stains in the carpets and on the walls; just disgusting.
