Jeff the Maintenance Manager is amazing. His knowledge of repairs and replacements is phenomenal. His kindness and efficiency are wonderful. The apartments are clean and beautiful. New management since November 2018 is excellent and responds quickly to needs. Thompson Co. Management is a great company and has worked hard to restore the apartments to the standard they were used to. There is someone in the office who always answers the phone and responds to messages promptly. This is becoming a great place to live again.

Residents are moving out due to a large rent increase on short notice. The office is almost always empty.
