I live next door to a pair of business owners whose property has become a source of ongoing frustration and daily stress. One of the most visible and nagging issues is the state of their landscaping. The bushes and trees on their side of the property continually hang over the fence and spill into my yard. They look unkempt and poorly maintained, creating an unwelcome intrusion into my private space. It isn't just an aesthetic concern; the encroachment feels like a deliberate disregard for boundaries and for how their property should relate to mine. The overhang shades parts of my yard and makes the area feel neglected and crowded, and I've never felt that the space between our homes was respected as a shared, well-kept area.

Another major problem centers on parking and the way they use the street near our homes.
