It's a very beautiful facility. The facility itself is very nice. The gardens are nice. The staff seem very nice. They seem to have activities. They take residents on lunch trips with the bus, which is nice. The staff that they talked to were excellent. It was clean and well-kept. A well-run organization that puts the needs of clients at the top. They are gracious and kind to the mom. The building is newer with open, spacious architecture. They have their own studio rooms with private baths.
They failed to reorder her meds at least 4 times. The management did not seem to care at all after the first complaint and allowed it to happen again and again.
