    Review

This assisted living community seems to be an optimal choice for residents with various needs. While not quite reaching the level of a nursing home, they are fully capable of handling residents who require extensive assistance. Of course, this level of care comes at a cost, as they have an extensive schedule of fees. This may be a drawback for some potential residents and their families.

Interestingly, my brother has expressed his dissatisfaction with one particular staff member, the greeter. He holds a negative impression of her due to an incident involving the fee schedule. Apparently, she made a point of marking up (increasing) the fees mentioned in their brochure/prospectus. This behavior raises questions about the transparency and fairness of their pricing structure.

Despite this incident, there are several positive aspects that make this community an excellent choice for our loved ones. One aspect that stands out is their diverse menu options providing a nice variety of meals. It's reassuring to know that our mom will have access to nutritious and appetizing food during her stay. Additionally, cleanliness is highly valued in this community, which provides peace of mind for both residents and their families.

Furthermore, the availability of activities is another appealing feature offered by this community. The opportunity for our mom to engage with other residents and participate in various activities is invaluable for her mental and emotional well-being. Being able to socialize and form connections with others will undoubtedly enhance her quality of life during her time here.

Taking all these factors into account, I would certainly recommend this assisted living community to anyone looking for great care and value for their loved one. Despite the occasional negative experience or concerns over fees, overall, it seems like a promising option where individuals can receive comprehensive support tailored to their specific needs.

It is worth noting that currently there are no permanent openings available at the community but they do offer some temporary rooms for one month stays. While this may be inconvenient for those seeking long-term solutions immediately, it does indicate a high demand for their services, possibly reflecting the positive reputation they have established within the community.
