Patrick is knowledgeable and prompt with issues and work orders; professional and thorough. The community is diverse and friendly; the complex is pet-friendly and well kept. Minnix's management has brought noticeable, positive changes. Savana is helpful and kind, and maintenance is on top of issues. Miss Cotton the landlady is very nice, and the homes are clean.
