Joe Whitfield is an excellent ED and leader. The staff are amazing, the facility is always clean and secure, and residents are genuinely happy to be there. The community feels like home, with a welcoming atmosphere created by the team. Meadow Creek's staff are kind and welcoming, making new residents feel at home from the start. Tremaine (the wellness director) is helpful, compassionate, and worth ten stars. The wellness and kitchen teams are dedicated, kind, and bring a sense of family to the community. Ken, the new director, provides an amazing environment for families with heartfelt dedication. Under new management, Meadow Creek has created a space where residents feel truly at home. The facility is a warm, family-like environment with strong staff-resident interactions.
The offending patient had also done innapropriate things to other woman there as well. Director does nothing to remedy ANY issues. There has been some problems with bed bugs and people not being taken care of. There is only one L.P.N. to take care of all the people, and on the weekend she was not there so there was nobody supervising the medication distribution by the caregivers.
