• This place has been infested with scabies for months.
• Our family is not impressed with this facility since moving our loved one in several months ago. She is very unhappy and the care is subpar at best. The management is understaffed and the staff undertrained, if trained at all. I would say we were fooled by the look of the Ridglea and the sales pitch, and after speaking with other families, we aren’t alone. So far it’s been a newer version of the bad you find everywhere else, and then some. All in all, I would say unless there’s an administration change and new policies set into place, steer clear. You will regret it if you don’t.
