The living area concept is good. The elevator has good capacity. The community center looks nice. The facility is peaceful, nice, and organized, with three floors and options for elderly and independent living. The staff are nice. It is a very nice place for adults. The facility is excellent.
Interaction with staff was limited, making it hard to get a good feel for the facility and its people. There was favoritism and inconsistency from the manager, accompanied by a general bad attitude and fear of retribution. Daily care could be horrible, including unreachable call buttons, residents left in bed or wheelchair, and inadequate nutrition assistance. Understaffing led to long care waits (often 20 minutes) and overwhelmed staff. Security and access were poor, with the front desk rarely occupied and outsiders often standing waiting without being questioned. The parking lot is extremely small. The manager was very rude.This community is best suited for seniors who want a sizable, multi-floor living environment with ready access to social activities and convenient location, where independence is feasible and the appeal lies in a well-appointed, elevator-served setting.
