• Sent the most rudest people to provide care for my mother. They sat around on their phones ate my mother's food. Needless to say we switched companies.
• Don't think I need to share the issues. But do yourself a favor find a different agency.
• Although the gentleman who came to me told me that there wouldn't be any problems....he called and stated that no one would come to my home (I live in a hotel for the last 2.5 years). I'm sorry but if you choose not to take a client, then you shouldn't be in a home health care setting.
