Nice facility and staff. Receptionists Nancy and Linda are lovely. This community is very clean, smells great, and offers plenty of activities for residents. What wonderful staff and administration. They listen and care. The staff did an awesome job during her final days. John and his team are highly regarded by residents' families.
The management is awful. The food is horrendous and the laundry service promised is never delivered. There is no staff on weekends. A bathtub has been inoperable for 18 months. Staff turnover is constant and many employees are agency workers with a bad reputation. Belongings frequently go missing and are not returned.
