Stella at Comfort Keepers is phenomenal and loved by the parents. The current caregiver is dependable and always on time. Stella's care has led to incredible progress for the mother. The office staff at Comfort Keepers are helpful and easy to work with. The agency sends great caregivers to the home. Despite a negative experience, the office staff were still very supportive.
Unfortunately, we had an issue with the caregiver that Comfort Keepers sent, as valuables went missing shortly after she started. Our experience with Comfort Keepers was not a good one, as we decided to discontinue their service due to the issue with the caregiver. It seems like Comfort Keepers is having trouble getting more employees. They need more employees with experience working with Dementia Patients.
